CO is a fast-growing nationwide healthcare company connecting clinics with Medical Directors, Collaborating Physicians, and healthcare compliance solutions. We work with med spas, wellness clinics, IV therapy businesses, weight loss clinics, telehealth providers, and healthcare organizations across the country. We are growing rapidly and looking for someone that enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities rather than simply making cold calls. This role is focused on identifying established healthcare businesses, multi-location groups, and strategic opportunities and helping them transition onto our platform. What You'll Do Build relationships with healthcare businesses nationwide Prospect med spas, IV therapy clinics, wellness clinics, hormone clinics, telehealth groups, and healthcare chains Identify multi-location organizations and strategic opportunities Create and maintain outbound pipelines Develop partnerships and expansion opportunities Coordinate with sales and onboarding teams Help grow recurring monthly revenue through high-quality clients Track activity and opportunities through CRM systems Think creatively and identify new growth channels What We Are Looking For Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers Highly organized and self-motivated Strong follow-up ability Comfortable handling objections Entrepreneurial mindset Healthcare experience is helpful but not required Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, healthcare, med spas, franchising, or business development is a plus

Compensation Structure Base Salary:
$50,000 annuallyCommission:
