Job Description
We are looking for a team oriented, friendly, and organized person with a minimum of 2 years Orthodontic Treatment planning and manager experience to head our Ortho Department at Smile Culture! Our ideal candidate will possess strong Insurance/Billing expertise. Our practice has grown tremendously in the past year and the new hire will be responsible for management of the staff, treatment coordination with prospective patients, scheduling and making sure all systems are running smoothly. You will have significant autonomy and be working alongside our board-certified orthodontist Dr. Taee. Base pay will come with production bonuses along with benefits from 401k to health insurance to PTO. Looking forward to meeting all the applicants!
