We're seeking an accomplished clinical executive to provide strategic leadership for behavioral health, interdisciplinary clinical services, nursing collaboration, and quality initiatives supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Pennsylvania. Why This Opportunity? ✔ Executive leadership reporting directly to the CEO ✔ Lead statewide clinical strategy and innovation ✔ Influence organizational growth and quality initiatives ✔ Collaborative executive leadership team ✔ Mission-driven culture focused on person-centered care ✔ Outstanding opportunity to shape the future of clinical services Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for all clinical services Lead behavioral health and interdisciplinary clinical initiatives Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and best practices Partner with executive leadership to improve outcomes Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary clinical professionals Strengthen relationships with physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral specialists, therapists, and community partners Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania DHS, ODP, CMS, Human Rights, and regulatory standards Drive continuous quality improvement across the organization Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related field Clinical licensure preferred (RN, LCSW, LPC, BCBA, PsyD, or similar) Seven or more years of progressive clinical leadership experience Executive leadership experience strongly preferred Experience within IDD, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or Healthcare preferred Strong knowledge of ODP regulations, behavioral supports, quality management, and interdisciplinary care
