Full Job Description Description:
Rhode Island Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a passionate Patient Coordinator to join our dedicated team. We provide the highest quality dental care to children, adolescents, adults, and patients with special health care needs. As a collaborative team of pediatric dentists and orthodontists, we are committed to exceptional patient care, strong partnerships with families, and meaningful connections within our community.

Rhode Island Children's Dentistry Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism Manage accurate check-ins and check-outs Schedule, confirm, and remind patients of appointments Handle incoming calls and inquiries Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions Maintain organized patient records and support smooth office flow Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Travel required between both locations: Coventry and East Greenwich Prior experience in dental or medical front-office preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, pediatric-focused setting Team-oriented, positive attitude Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
