Lead with Purpose. Are you a seasoned behavioral health clinician ready to step into a leadership role where your work shapes the lives of adults, children, and families across your community? EBCAP is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to champion trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care while building and supporting a team of dedicated clinicians doing meaningful work every day. What You'll Do You'll provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. Day to day, you'll: Supervise and mentor outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field Active Rhode Island LICSW or LCDP license 5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience Prior supervisory or program management experience Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit Core Competencies Strong clinical supervision skills Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and staff development. Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
