The Company:

With the treatment and diagnosis of hearing disorders and the most extraordinary hearing technology available, HASC has become a hallmark for patient care excellence in our community. At Hearing Associates of South Carolina, when patients step into our office, our priority is to listen intently to understand their specific needs, and work with them to develop a personalized solution.
The Position:
We're seeking an individual who is personable, naturally friendly, detail oriented, bright and inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients with a smile Answering the phones and taking thorough and accurate messages Scheduling and confirming appointments Completing administrative processing/ electronic recordkeeping Preparing charts for the next day
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED- some college preferred Excellent customer service skills Experience working in a healthcare office preferred Basic computer skills (Word, some Excel) Must be comfortable existing in the same space as dogs, we have sweet office dogs named Kai and Kona!
Pay and Benefits:
$16 per hour Eligibility to participate in a performance-based incentive plan after 90 days of employment Health Insurance Retirement Plan with
Matching Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Specialized Training/Coaching Pay:
$16.00 per hour
