  • Downtown Hospitality to oversee security operations across a portfolio of hospitality and nightlife clients in downtown Charleston.
Unlike a traditional Site Supervisor assigned to one static location, this position will provide leadership across multiple smaller client locations while also supporting Omega Guard Services' mobile field-leadership operation throughout the Charleston market. This is a field-based leadership position and not a traditional Monday-Friday daytime management position . The successful candidate will regularly travel between Omega client locations, inspect operations, coach officers, respond to incidents and staffing problems, communicate with clients, and help ensure Omega's standards are consistently maintained throughout the region. This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who is comfortable working independently and solving operational problems without requiring constant direction from senior management. Responsibilities Downtown Hospitality Operations Provide supervisory oversight for multiple hospitality and nightlife security assignments in downtown Charleston. Conduct scheduled and unannounced site visits. Verify officer attendance, punctuality, uniform compliance, professional appearance, and readiness for duty. Ensure officers understand and properly execute client post orders. Maintain regular contact with officers and Team Leads throughout active shifts. Build professional working relationships with client managers and venue leadership. Respond to performance concerns and provide immediate coaching when appropriate. Support officers during escalated guest, patron, or security situations. Assist with incident response and ensure required reports and notifications are completed. Identify recurring operational issues and escalate them to regional leadership. Support Team Lead development and identify employees with leadership potential. Assist with new-hire site orientation and training. Mobile Field Leadership Responsibilities When assigned to mobile field leadership duties, the Site Supervisor will also: Travel between Omega client locations throughout the Charleston area. Respond to late arrivals, no-shows, missed check-ins, early departures, uniform issues, and other field-level concerns. Conduct quality-assurance inspections. Provide visible leadership presence at active sites. Respond to incidents when additional supervisory support is needed. Assist with emergency staffing and coverage when operationally necessary. Verify company vehicles, radios, keys, equipment, and other operational resources are being properly maintained and used. Support Site Supervisors, Team Leads, and officers with field-level operational problems. Escalate serious employee, client, safety, or operational concerns to Regional or Operations leadership. Provide clear shift and field-activity reporting to Omega leadership. This position is expected to solve problems in the field, not simply report that problems exist . What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who combines strong security judgment with professional client service and employee leadership.
Strong candidates will have:
Previous security, hospitality, military, law-enforcement, operations, or supervisory experience. Previous experience supervising employees strongly preferred. Experience in hospitality, nightlife, residential, commercial, or multi-site security environments preferred. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Strong independent decision-making ability. Confidence addressing employee performance concerns directly and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong incident-reporting and documentation skills. Ability to communicate professionally with officers, managers, clients, residents, guests, and members of the public. Ability to remain calm during emergencies and rapidly developing incidents. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Hospitality-oriented customer-service mindset. Ability to enforce standards without creating unnecessary conflict. Ability to use mobile workforce, scheduling, communication, and reporting applications. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel between client locations throughout the Charleston area during the shift. Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and periods of high operational activity. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when conducting inspections or supporting operations. Ability to meet all applicable South Carolina private-security licensing requirements. Schedule This is a full-time position , generally averaging approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule will be weighted toward the periods when Omega's operations require the greatest amount of field leadership, including: Evenings Late nights Fridays and Saturdays Weekends Special events High-volume hospitality periods Some daytime meetings, training, administrative work, and client responsibilities may also be required. This is not a traditional Monday-Friday daytime management position . Compensation $25.00

Candidates with demonstrated multi-site supervisory experience, strong hospitality-security experience, and the ability to operate independently may qualify toward the upper end of the range. Growth Opportunity This position provides a pathway into expanded regional and operations leadership as Omega Guard Services continues to grow throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. High-performing Site Supervisors may be considered for future Regional Supervisor, Regional Manager, training, quality-assurance, or other operational leadership opportunities.
