Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient physical therapy center in Duncan, SC. In this full-time role, you'll oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and staff scheduling while ensuring exceptional, evidence-based care. Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams to support quality outcomes, compliance, and patient satisfaction. You'll manage budgets, performance metrics, and community outreach while fostering a respectful, team-oriented culture with access to mentorship and continuing education to grow your leadership career. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care Lead, schedule, and mentor clinical and administrative staff to support a collaborative, patient-first culture Manage patient flow, referrals, and scheduling to optimize access and satisfaction Monitor clinical quality, documentation standards, and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements Track clinic performance metrics, including volume, outcomes, and patient experience results Partner with regional leadership on budgeting, staffing levels, and resource allocation Support business development, physician relationships, and community outreach to grow the clinic Ensure accurate billing workflows, authorizations, and collections processes Promote continuing education, training, and professional development for team members Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for patients and staff Required Skills Clinic operations management Outpatient physical therapy workflows Staff leadership and supervision Healthcare scheduling systems Quality and compliance management Budgeting and productivity tracking Healthcare billing and authorizations Patient experience management Performance metrics and reporting Community outreach and referral development
