Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Health Services Manager (RN) to oversee clinical operations within our community. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As the Health Services Manager, you will coordinate CNA staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and promote high standards of quality and safety across all health services. This position is also the Infection Preventionist for the facility. Duties Lead and supervise CNA staff , fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Oversee resident care

• completing rounds daily to ensure residents are groomed, dressed, rooms are tidy, and are receiving exceptional resident services.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all medical records and documentation. Assist the Director of Nursing with investigations Responsible for Infection Prevention Program Ensure adherence to safety standards including basic life support (BLS), airway management, ventilator use, and aseptic techniques during procedures. Skills Extensive nursing experience Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience managing nursing teams in complex healthcare environments. Computer Skills Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and residents' families; adept at health coaching and discharge planning. Familiarity with infection control protocols, sterile processing techniques, occupational health standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
