Pleasant, SC is looking to hire a Clinic Coordinator for their newly opened North Mt. Pleasant clinic. The perfect candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, outgoing, collaborative, and enjoy being around children of all ages. This position will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Office Manager and Owners with tasks when requested
- Manage clinic volunteers
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute clinic events and special festivities
- Take pictures/videos of activities and clients and manage shared "Clinic Photos" album
- Greet patients and their families in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival
- Support administration staff with tasks (i.e. take messages or notes, communicate with clinicians' arrival updates from parents/caregivers, etc.)
- Support clinicians with the creation of materials as requested (i.e. laminating /printing & prepping, etc.)
- Assist clinicians with patients (i.e. who are having negative behaviors and/or meltdowns, bring materials to clinicians upon request, etc.)
- Act as a play partner/support clinicians w/ treatment session when requested by clinician
- Pick up/ organize equipment & toys in each treatment room
- Organize toy closet as needed
- Sanitize/wash oral motor tools & dishes
- Wait with patients whose caregiver(s) are running late
- Remove all trash from facility at the end of the day
- Support clinicians to ensure the clinic is locked for the night
