The Regional Manager will serve as a member of the Operations Management Team and oversees the day to day operations of an identified region of medical and dental clinics and to lead implementation of approved practices while supporting, motivating, and influencing the clinic teams. Horizon Health offers a collaborative, team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities. •The Southwest Region Includes Martin, Mission, and White River, SD.•
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the clinic staff within each location to support Horizon's Mission, Vision and Core Values. Coordinate with other leaders to assist in setting organizational strategies, including but not limited to setting organizational project priorities, determine organizational project capacity, determine grant funding potential, and setting of quality initiatives Oversee, plan, and coordinate the operations' strategies of the region.
