• Job Summary and Qualifications
• Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays
• Seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) for our Parkridge Medical Group Neurosurgery practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. • What you will do in this role:
• + •Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
• + •Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
• + •Trains/orients and supervises departmental personnel.

Responsible for work assignments and daily operations.

• + •May assist with selection/hiring, evaluating performance and recommending pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary action.
• + •Resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• + •Helps fiscal management and other administrativestaffdevelop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, which may include billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections,purchasing, and space planning.
• + •Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• + •Serves asa liaisonbetween clinic and external agencies.
• + •Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• + •Participates in professional development activities to keepcurrenthealth care trends and practices.
• + •Maintainsthe strictestconfidentiality and privacy.
• + •Performs related work asrequired.

• What Qualifications you will need:

• EXPERIENCE

• + •Minimum of one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required.
• + •Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
