Full Job Description Site Administrative Director:
The site admin will perform a range of tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency within the clinic. They will be fluent in company policies so they may efficiently find solutions for the clinical staff. Most importantly, the site admin should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and help children get into services with us. This role will report directly to the Manager of Scheduling and Intake.
Responsibilities:
Building a thorough understanding of policies and procedures Organized note taking and record keeping Using the various software for scheduling, insurance verification, recording keeping, and timesheets following best practices to meet industry standards. Scheduling therapy sessions and preparing for billing Cultivating a positive experience for staff and families by meaningful interactions and support Liaise between the admin and clinical staff and guardians on strategies, solutions, updates, and concerns Keeping spreadsheets, documents and portals updated as accurately as possible General Office tasks (answering phones, scanning, building maintaince, and records management) All other duties assigned

1+ year experience in high volume scheduling High School diploma or GED Computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Good planning and organizational skills Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing at a desk) for prolonged periods, up to 8 hours per day. Constant use of a computer, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and other office productivity machinery. Frequent communication via video conferencing, phone, and email. Must be able to accurately exchange information, present data, and converse with employees. Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. Ability to maintain mental focus, handle repetitive digital tasks, and manage data entry with high attention to detail in a self-directed home environment.
