Patient Care Coordinator Purpose:
Responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and processing through their appointment.

2285 Rudolphtown Rd Suite 200 Clarksville, TN 37043
Position Requirements:
Greet and receive patients in a friendly and professional mannerEnsure patient data is accurate and current by reviewing it with the patientDocument information in patient records systemPrepare appropriate information prior to patient appointmentsUse discretion with all private information in a medical settingVerify patient insuranceCommunicate with other departments as required regarding patient accounts/concerns/questionsAnswer phones and direct call traffic as required
Qualifications:
Experience working in a medical or dental practice is preferredExcellent communication skills, professionalism and customer service ability.

Highly collaborativeAbility to process information quickly and accuratelyWillingness to learn new skills.

Mature and dependable.
