As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Budget and Cost Management:

Team Leadership and Communication:

Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling and project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Work Environment:

Typically based in an office setting with regular visits to construction sites. May require travel to project locations and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
