Receptionist

Our client, located in Nashville, TN is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join their team. This is a vital role for their organization, as this person is the face of their company and the first point of contact for all guests and clients.

Duties:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner Answer and route incoming calls and emails Manage front desk appearance, mail, and deliveries Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Provide light administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Prior receptionist or administrative experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and detail?oriented Comfortable with phones, email, and basic office systems

Pay:

$20/hour Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
