You'll divide your time between office responsibilities and field work while helping protect our clients' investments and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Property evaluations and inspections Move-in, move-out, and pre-move-out inspections Property photos, videos, and measurements Preparing homes for the rental market Meeting vendors and reviewing completed work Property documentation Coordinating property turns Communicating with owners, residents, vendors, and team members Assisting with other field operations as needed Success in this role isn't solely measured by how many tasks you complete.
