We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support our audiology team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Location:
Two-Provider Audiology Practice Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Benefits Medical and dental insurance Opportunities for growth and increased compensation based on performance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable, long-term position Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, supporting patient scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. The Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining an efficient workflow while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Office Support Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Manage patient check-out and ensure all necessary follow-up is completed Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments Provide clear communication to patients regarding appointments and services Scheduling & Administrative Support Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Maintain accurate patient information, including demographics and insurance details Perform data entry and update electronic medical records Prepare and manage patient correspondence, including mailings, reminders, and follow-ups Office Operations Process incoming and outgoing mail Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files Assist with daily office upkeep to ensure a clean and professional environment Support end-of-day procedures, including closing tasks and deposit preparation Team & Practice Support Attend staff meetings and contribute to team communication Assist with general office tasks and workflow as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by the Owner or Practice Manager Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a medical or administrative office preferred Experience with insurance verification or billing is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency required What We're Looking For Provides a positive, patient-focused experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly and professionally Works well both independently and as part of a team Growth & Training We are committed to developing our team.
