Job Description

The Director of Med/Surg is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Medical Surgical Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. BSN required. MSN or masters in related field preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years acute care experience required with critical care preferred, including five (3) years of management or supervisory experience. Must have current Texas RN License.
