This is an opportunity for a strong operator and revenue-minded leader who thrives in a performance-based healthcare setting. Position Overview The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, driving sales and revenue growth, and leading all front and back-office staff. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with strong business development instincts and proven people leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient experience Manage scheduling, workflow optimization, and clinic performance metrics Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies Partner with providers to support clinical excellence and procedural flow Revenue & Sales Performance Drive revenue growth through KPI management and performance tracking Lead sales-based patient conversion strategies, including consultation-to-procedure conversion optimization Monitor pipeline activity, appointment utilization, and treatment plan follow-through Implement local marketing and community outreach initiatives in partnership with leadership People Management Recruit, train, and develop clinic staff Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-centered service Coach team members on communication, service excellence, and revenue-driving behaviors Financial Oversight Manage clinic P&L performance in collaboration with senior leadership Control expenses and ensure operational efficiency Monitor inventory and vendor relationships Qualifications 3+ years of clinic, healthcare, or service-based operations management experience Proven experience in a sales-driven or revenue-focused environment Strong leadership and team development background Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in elective procedure-based practices preferred but not required Ideal Candidate Profile Business-minded operator with a growth mentality Confident leader who thrives in performance-based environments High accountability and data-driven decision-maker Patient-focused with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable leading both clinical and non-clinical staff
