You will oversee clinical operations, uphold high standards of care, support a collaborative culture, and maintain a small, manageable caseload. Your expertise in ABA and working with children and individuals with disabilities will drive strong clinical outcomes and support our mission of delivering evidence‑based care. This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical strategy, mentor staff, and help build a compassionate, innovative program. As this is a new clinic in Beaumont, TX, you will play a key role in building the program from the ground up and creating a healthy, supportive work environment. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership by developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Supervise and mentor behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to ensure adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy and ABA techniques. Oversee data collection processes meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and ensure compliance with medical documentation standards. Oversee treatment plans and clinical reviews. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of medical records, medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient history. Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines; document all patient interactions diligently. Lead training sessions on behavioral health topics such as autism intervention strategies, medical terminology, and ethical standards in patient care. Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and uphold the highest standards of ethical practice in all clinical activities. Qualifications Current BCBA certification with demonstrated experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, medical documentation, and HIPAA regulations. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes within behavioral health settings. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams effectively. Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in medical records and documentation.
