Our client is looking for an experienced BCBA who is ready to grow into a Clinical Director role. If you're passionate about providing high-quality clinical care and have the desire to lead and mentor others, we'll provide the opportunity and support to help you get there. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who wants to move into leadership while continuing to provide outstanding clinical services. What You'll Do Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a manageable caseload. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members. Work alongside executive leadership while developing the skills needed to become a Clinical Director. Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities as you grow into the role. What We're Looking For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training. Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills. A passion for mentoring others and developing leadership skills.
