This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical culture, developing the team, and creating the kind of environment where clinicians can do their best work. As our founding BCBA, you'll have significant clinical autonomy and the opportunity to help establish the systems and standards that will guide the clinic as it grows. We'll handle the business and operational side of the clinic—including administrative support, billing, credentialing, finances, and other behind-the-scenes responsibilities—so you can focus on what matters most: your clients, your team, and the families we serve. Our goal is to provide manageable caseloads, strong operational support, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative work environment where clinicians can deliver exceptional care without sacrificing work-life balance or burning out.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
Up to $120,000 annually, inclusive of bonuses Benefits include: $600/month monthly stipend for medical, vision, and dental insurance, allowing you to choose your own coverage 10 paid holidays annually 10 days of PTO Performance- and quality-based bonuses — not driven by billable hours CEU stipend and paid CEU days Reduced caseload of approximately 3-5 clients Strong administrative and operational support Opportunity to help shape the clinical culture and systems of a growing clinic
Qualifications Required:
Active BCBA certification Current Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain a Texas LBA 4-5+ years of clinical ABA experience Prior supervision and/or leadership experience preferred but not required Experience working in a clinic-based ABA setting Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Why Join Us?
