Job Description

We are a well-established chiropractic office with multiple locations across Texas (Texas Pain & Injury) and in Oklahoma (Elite Pain & Injury), including: 16 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area 5 locations in San Antonio 3 locations in Austin 3 locations in El Paso We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in the success of our clinics by serving as the first point of contact for new patients and ensuring smooth communication across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule new patient appointments across all locations Confirm appointments and manage the scheduling system efficiently Communicate new patient details to the appropriate clinic locations Coordinate with attorneys to confirm patients have been scheduled for treatment Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all communications
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus Ability to multitask and manage schedules for multiple locations Bilingual (English/Spanish) required If you believe you're the right fit for this position, please submit your current resume.
