As a Hospitality Leader, you'll help shape the culture, develop future leaders and ensure every guest experiences the hospitality that makes Tacodeli special. You'll lead by example, inspire your team and help create memorable experiences for every guest. Develop Great People Coach and develop Team Members through positive feedback, recognition, and hands-on training. Build team confidence, capability and accountability. Help identify and develop future leaders. Many of our leaders started as Team Members and grew their careers with Tacodeli! Foster a culture where people enjoy coming to work and can be their authentic selves. Drive Operational Excellence Lead shifts that deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, cleanliness and hospitality. Ensure consistent execution of our scratch-made menu and operational standards. Maintain food safety and sanitation practices that protect our guests and team. Utilize operational tools and resources to support restaurant success. Recognize and celebrate team wins while reinforcing great behaviors. What We Offer Average earnings of $20 per hour (base pay + tip share). Weekly pay. Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-time and Part-time Team Members.
