Available Help for . The Professional Level Service Provider (PLSP) reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for completing assessments, developing service plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring compliance with child welfare regulations for children in foster care. Key Responsibilities
Complete admission assessments, evaluations, and discharge/transfer summaries.
Develop, review, and update individualized service plans.
Review and approve certain child restrictions in accordance with agency policies.
Monitor and evaluate ongoing restrictions as required.
Collaborate with management, service providers, community partners, foster families, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all required reports.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university.
One year of full-time experience in residential child care or a related child and family services field.
Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
At least 21 years of age.
Strong documentation, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Experience working with children, families, and foster care populations. Work Environment
Primarily office-based with extended computer use.
Frequent travel/driving required.
Regular interaction with children and families.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
