Pediatric Dental Patient Care Coordinator/Scheduler (Dental Experience Required)

At Pediatric Smiles of Cypress, we are building a high-energy, patient-centered pediatric dental team — and we are looking for a standout Patient Care Coordinator who brings confidence, urgency, professionalism, and amazing communication skills to the front office. Responsibilities Maintain a productive and organized schedule Schedule new patients, treatment appointments, and recare visits Work unscheduled treatment and follow-up lists daily Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage confidently Communicate proactively with parents regarding appointments and financial expectations Help manage same-day scheduling opportunities Support a smooth, positive patient experience from check-in to check-out Assist with collections, deposits, and financial conversations when needed Work closely with clinical team to maintain excellent office flow Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has an
