We are looking to add a Public Relations/Patient Scheduling Coordinator for our rapidly expanding, natural/holistic health clinic. Your main goal will be to reach as many people as possible and help to educate them about holistic medicine and in turn, bring in new patients and change their lives for the better!Some responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming New Patient calls and schedule for an in office appointment
- Respond to all lead inquiries and questions within the CRM
- scheduling attendees for seminars
- setting up and hosting seminars
- setting up screenings at local gyms, health clubs and special events
- greeting and screening the community
- educate on the benefits of holistic and natural medicine
- managing in-house referral programs You must be a highly energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and outgoing individual. If you feel like you have 4 legs, 8 arms and the ability to do 10 things at once, then this fast-paced, fun-filled position is just right for you! Immediate Full-time position open. Hourly plus bonus.
