Primary Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and coordinates clerical activities of administrative staff working within the clinic site Reports directly to the Clinic Administrator or Administrative Supervisor Is the primary management and communication link to the administrative staff and is responsible for assuring high quality administrative service to Kelsey-Seybold patients Responsible for implementing standards, policies and procedures formulated and recommended by Kelsey-Seybold Clinic You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or G.E.D. 3+ years medical office experience to include the following: Face-to-face customer service, cash handling, patient registration, appointment scheduling, medical billing, charge entry/capture, experience & knowledge of managed care OR 3+ years KSC medical office experience Basic PC literacy Alpha/num forms entry experience Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven basic math ability 10-Key by touch experience Ability to speak, understand and write
English Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of direct face-to-face customer service experience Insurance/Managed Care experience/training Cashiering experience KSC experience 10-key by touch and/or data entry experience Microsoft Word & Excel experience Bilingual
  • English/Spanish Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
