Patient Coordinator / Receptionist / Scheduler Houston MRI Friendswood Friendswood, TX Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Houston MRI Friendswood is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator / Receptionist / Scheduler to join our growing team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments Verify patient demographics and insurance information Coordinate with referring physician offices Collect copays and balances Scan and upload patient documents into the electronic medical record Maintain accurate patient records Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff Assist with other front office duties as assigned Scheduling Qualifications Previous medical office, receptionist, or scheduling experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and organizational skills Experience with medical scheduling and insurance verification is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM No weekends Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company If you enjoy helping patients and want to be part of a supportive team that provides exceptional imaging services, we'd love to hear from you.
