As a Veterinary Hospital Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our hospital, ensuring top-tier patient care, and exceptional client service. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our hospital's success, enhancing profitability, and nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion. Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs Manage accounts receivable Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs Manage payroll for hospital staff Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs Champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasks Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency Establish and drive the culture of the hospital Track and maintain current licensures for all DVMs Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client serviceQualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus Veterinary Technician experience is preferredBenefits:
