This is not an entry-level or maintenance role . We are looking for a proven leader with deep industry experience, strong referral relationships, and a track record of driving census, passing state inspections, and building high-performing teams . If you know how to fill beds, run compliant operations, and hold staff accountable , this is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with strong upside. Key ResponsibilitiesCensus Growth & Marketing Actively drive occupancy through referral networks, hospitals, case managers, and placement agencies Maintain and grow relationships with discharge planners, social workers, and community partners Develop and execute strategies to increase and sustain census Regulatory Compliance Ensure full compliance with Texas HHSC regulations Lead and manage state inspections and surveys Prepare, implement, and complete Plans of Correction (POCs) Maintain audit-ready documentation and systems at all times Operations Management Oversee daily facility operations, staffing, and resident care quality Enforce policies and ensure staff accountability (no phone use, professionalism, performance standards) Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction Leadership & Culture Lead, train, and hold staff accountable to performance expectations Build a disciplined, professional, high-performance team culture Address issues proactively and decisively Required Qualifications 10+ years as an Administrator or Executive Director in Assisted Living Proven experience with: State inspections (HHSC) Plans of Correction (POCs) Regulatory compliance Demonstrated success in increasing occupancy / filling beds Strong existing referral network (hospitals, case managers, etc.) Experience managing staff and enforcing accountability Preferred (High Value) Established relationships in the DFW healthcare/referral network Experience turning around underperforming facilities Strong operational and systems mindset High attention to detail and strong leadership presence What We're Looking For High IQ, strategic thinker Results-driven (not just task-oriented) Strong leadership presence—can command respect from staff Takes ownership and solves problems without hand-holding Not afraid to enforce standards and hold people accountable Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary Performance bonuses tied to census growth and operational success Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership expansion How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief summary of: Your experience with inspections and POCs Your approach to increasing occupancy Your existing referral relationships (if applicable)
