engage in collaborative projects with other departments to broaden your understanding of the business of Locum Tenens and open up pathways into more strategic roles. Your Day-to-Day Work closely with the client healthcare facility site and provider to obtain all requirements for credentialing at their facility Complete as much of the credentialing as possible on behalf of the provider and follow up on missing items until privileges are granted, to include: background checks, drug screening, immunization records, life support training, etc. Work closely with account managers regarding change of start date and/or cancellations What You Bring You are a fast learner who completes tasks proactively and values open communication within a team setting. You are able to organize your tasks effectively and can manage important records for multiple accounts simultaneously. Above all, you are motivated to start a career where you can grow professionally, take ownership of your role, and see a measurable impact of your work.Your attributes include:
Willingness and capability to work on-site M-F (8:30 to 5:30 with occasional over-time when necessary) 1-3 years hospital privileging experience is preferred. Timely and accurate turnaround on required paperwork and/or documentation. Ability to build strong provider and client relationships over the phone. Timely follow-up on all outstanding items. Consistent communication on progress with BOTH the physicians and clients. Superb customer service to internal and external customers.
