Patient Care Coordinator

Family Hearing & Sensory Neural Center is growing, and we are excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator sets the tone for the office. This role is ideal for someone who is social, detail-oriented, flexible, and hard-working. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, enjoy taking initiative, and find satisfaction in helping patients feel cared for and supported. We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a genuine interest in ensuring patients have a positive experience What you'll do day-to-day:
• Greet patients and visitors to the practice warmly
• Answer phones promptly, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, and process payments
• Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues Why you'll love this role:
