What You'll Do Patient Experience & Hospitality Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism Create an exceptional first impression from the first phone call through checkout Build lasting patient relationships through outstanding communication Respond quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email Ensure every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for Schedule Ownership & Flow Maximize doctor and hygiene schedules Proactively fill openings and reduce downtime Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations Ensure efficient daily patient flow Treatment Coordination Present treatment recommendations confidently (training provided) Help patients understand the value of their care Follow up on unscheduled treatment Track treatment opportunities using Excel Collaborate with the clinical team to improve case acceptance Insurance & Financial Communication Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Help patients understand their out-of-network benefits Clearly explain financial options with empathy and confidence Who You Are You are someone who naturally makes people feel welcome.
