Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in office management tools and a proactive attitude toward multitasking in a dynamic environment. Duties • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. • Check patients in and out efficiently, ensure patients filled the necessary forms. Collect patient charges/ balances and copays and balance cash drawer daily. Optimize provider schedules by efficiently coordinating, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments to ensure maximum productivity and patient satisfaction. Answer and return phone calls in a timely manner. Interpret telephone calls, walk-in patients and patient rooms. Ensure patient inquiries are handled in a professional and expeditious manner. Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks. Verify patient insurance coverage, ensure accurate documentation in patient charts, and obtain necessary authorizations. Review treatment plans with patients and provide detailed explanations of insurance benefits, copays, and expected out-of-pocket expenses to ensure financial transparency. Run end of day reports Other duties as they are assigned. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs efficiently.
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
