Job Description

Job Title:

Business Office Manager (BOM) Join a healthcare team committed to creating a positive experience for staff and patients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of previous Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust fund management.

Responsibilities:

Bills facility charges to the appropriate payor, collects outstanding accounts receivables, and oversees the resident trust fund in accordance with Nexion policy and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversees the resident trust fund, including weekly and monthly reconciliations, safeguarding funds, and providing regular statements to residents or their legal representatives as required by state regulations.
