This role is for a strong communicator who understands dentistry, is comfortable discussing money and can help patients say "yes" to the treatment they need. This role also requires experience with dental claims and AR management. Core Responsibilities Present and close treatment plans Offer and process 3rd party financing (Cherry, Sunbit, etc.) Confidently handle patient objections Accurately estimate patient co-pays (insurance verification is outsourced) Claim submission and reconciliation Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Qualifications 2+ years dental treatment planning and billing experience preferred Strong case acceptance skills Comfortable discussing fees and collecting payment Knowledge of Open Dental PMS Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance and dental billing Organized, assertive and results-driven Benefits Competitive pay based on experience+ performance bonuses Paid Holidays PTO No nights or weekends Apply with your resume and brief summary of your case acceptance experience
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

They are upset and say, "My insurance was supposed to pay that. Nobody told me I owed this." What would you do and say?
