Duties:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals Implements and monitors the provision of policy and procedure Supervise staff and ensures effective staff orientation, training and ongoing competency Foster a warm and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery journey. Assist in scheduling and tracking of patient cases Manages and Analyze department metrics including accurate billing Ensure that clinic is compliant with all regulatory issues. This includes assurance that the clinic records are completed and maintained, such as medical record documentation and reimbursement denial Maintain relationships with providers and other key community membersQualifications:
PT/OT/SLP
license required Supervisory and/or administrative experience in an Outpatient setting Knowledge of billing practices to manage a variety of payors effectively Strong organizational and leadership skillsBenefits:
