Our fast-growing chiropractic clinic is looking for a bilingual team member who can build strong patient relationships, keep patients engaged in care, and help drive clinic growth through excellent communication and follow-through. This is not a "sit behind the desk all day" position. We are looking for someone energetic, dependable, coachable, and performance-driven who enjoys connecting with people and helping them stay committed to their health goals. Position Overview This is a patient-facing leadership support role that combines: Front desk coordination Patient communication and retention Therapy setup and clinical support Follow-up and reactivation Assistant management responsibilities You will play a major role in patient experience, office flow, and clinic growth. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive, professional experience Check patients in/out efficiently and manage daily patient flow Educate and encourage patients to stay consistent with care plans Follow up with missed appointments and reactivate inactive patients Set patients up on therapies and assist with clinic operations Coordinate with attorneys and manage personal injury case communication Complete referrals and paperwork accurately Assist with social media, patient engagement, and community outreach Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Support the doctor and team with daily clinic operations
What We're Looking For/Required:
Fluent Spanish and English Excellent communication and people skills Strong follow-through and organizational ability Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ideal Candidate:
Sales-minded and confident speaking with patients Comfortable asking for commitment and encouraging consistency Self-motivated and accountable Able to multitask in a busy clinic environment Drama-free, solution-oriented, and team-focused Experience in chiropractic, medical office, patient coordination, hospitality, or sales is a plus Compensation & Growth $19-$21/hour based on experience Monthly performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement into leadership/management Supportive, growth-focused work environment Paid training provided
