This vital role combines leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As the Clinic Office Manager, you will oversee daily clinic functions, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimize office efficiency. Your energetic approach and strong management skills will foster a positive environment that supports both staff and patients, ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily clinic activities, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and administrative support. Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, billing processes, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency. Manage healthcare staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health regulation policies across all clinic operations. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EHR (Electronic Health Records), and patient management software like Eaglesoft and Dentrix to maintain accurate medical records and streamline workflows. Oversee medical billing processes, insurance claims, and managed care activities to optimize revenue cycles. Implement quality improvement initiatives related to healthcare practice management and patient care standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Coordinate with medical providers on acute care procedures, nursing protocols, and healthcare management strategies to enhance patient outcomes. Skills Extensive experience in medical office management with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms. Strong background in healthcare practice management including budgeting, financial management, and compliance with health regulation policies. Proven supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in clinical or dental settings with excellent managerial communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA regulations, and medical billing procedures. Familiarity with office management tools including Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes. Ability to navigate managed care environments and utilize utilization management strategies effectively. Acute care or critical care experience is highly desirable for understanding complex patient needs within a healthcare setting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment focused on high-quality patient care.
