Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and customer-focused Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing dental surgery team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, excellent multitasker, team player, and confident in treatment presentation, sales, and patient follow-up. Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Ensure intake forms, medical histories, and consent forms are completed Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility Present treatment plans, fees, financing options, and next steps Collect payments, deposits, and patient balances Follow up with leads, prospective patients, and unscheduled treatment Convert inquiries and consultations into scheduled treatment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate closely with doctors and clinical team members Provide outstanding customer service throughout the patient experience Qualifications Dental office experience preferred Front desk or treatment coordinator experience preferred Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient's needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action. Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members. Must be technology savvy, familiar with MS Office and either experienced or comfortable learning a CRM tool, scheduling, finance, etc. Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
