What You'll Do Drive Balanced Performance Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance with a long-term mindset Monitor key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability Ensure the branch operates efficiently while never compromising care Recognize that growth is the result of doing the right things consistently Lead Patient-Centered Care First Ensure every patient and family receives compassionate, high-quality hospice care Set the tone for a patient-first culture where dignity, communication, and experience matter Partner closely with clinical leaders to maintain strong outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness Be present and engaged
