We are a growing luxury aesthetic surgery practice seeking a highly organized, polished, emotionally intelligent Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This is not a traditional front desk role. This position functions as the right hand to the Practice Manager in helping create, maintain, and elevate the patient experience from beginning to end. We are looking for someone with an executive assistant mentality — someone who is proactive, attentive to detail, highly organized, and naturally takes pride in creating structure, flow, and excellence within the practice. Our ideal candidate understands that luxury patient care lives in the details. The front desk serves as the central hub of the practice and plays a major role in shaping each patient's overall experience. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys creating a calm, welcoming, elevated environment while also helping support daily clinic operations at a high level. What This Role Looks Like You will be the first impression of our practice — both in person and over the phone. You'll help guide patients through a concierge-style experience while supporting the overall flow, organization, and professionalism of the clinic. This role requires someone who can: Stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Anticipate needs before being asked Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and emotional intelligence Maintain a polished, luxury-level patient experience at all times Communicate clearly and confidently Pivot quickly while maintaining attention to detail Work collaboratively with providers, management, and clinical staff Help maintain structure, consistency, and elevated standards throughout the practice Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Maintain smooth front office flow throughout the day Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently Collect payments and maintain financial accuracy Coordinate patient paperwork, digital forms, and communication Assist the Practice Manager with patient experience and operational tasks Maintain cleanliness, organization, and elevated presentation standards throughout the front office Help create a warm, calm, and luxury atmosphere for every patient interaction Appearance & Professionalism Because we are a luxury aesthetic practice, professional presentation and consistency are extremely important in this role.
