Job Location, Candidate Location, Local Travel:
This role operates on-site out of our Southlake or Flower Mound office. We are seeking candidates living in or nearby Bedford, Euless, Hurst, North Arlington, or North Richland Hills for an easy daily commute. This job will require occasional travel (once every 1-2 weeks) to Allen, TX, and may require the candidate to travel across Denton and Tarrant Counties as needed. Required Qualifications
MINIMUM 2
years experience in an office role for a non-medical home care agency Strong knowledge of home care practices, caregiving duties, healthcare regulations Exceptional leadership skills and communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Wellsky Personal Care/Clearcare, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and other relevant office-based technology Strong customer service mindset Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance Must complete all pre-employment screenings, including a clean background check Passion for serving seniors, leading caregivers, and helping the community Ability to work from home (rarely happens, but the person should have a setup) Current CPR Certification Responsibilities Manage inbound inquiry calls. Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients & caregivers
CLIENT Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home assessments with prospective clients and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate care solutions Support client onboarding, conversion, and retention initiatives. Build strong relationships with clients and their families
CAREGIVERS
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and availability Performance review of caregivers routinely (including surprise caregiver visits on shifts) followed by caregiver recognition Support DFW Office Manager with Caregiver scheduling Maintain client and caregiver documentation to ensure compliance & company standards Work closely with office team to improve processes and workflows What we offer Health insurance for all employees working 30+ hours/week•partially company paid Paid time off Growth opportunities
