  • Hospitality Renovation Construction About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial renovation projects with a primary focus on hospitality and hotel renovations nationwide.
The ideal candidate has a strong background managing occupied renovation projects and is comfortable leading all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage hospitality renovation projects from preconstruction through project closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and vendors Process monthly requisitions and oversee project financials Track job costs, change orders, and project profitability Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ownership groups, and project stakeholders Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain project documentation, permits, insurance requirements, and contract compliance Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of construction Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule and budget objectives Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business opportunities Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor Hospitality renovation experience strongly preferred Experience managing occupied renovations, guestroom renovations, public space improvements, and/or Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Strong understanding of construction contracts, project controls, and cost management Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience Travel Requirements Travel required based on project assignments Approximately 25-30% travel, including periodic site visits and client meetings What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus program Vehicle allowance Health insurance with employer contributions Dental and vision insurance (vision fully paid by employer) Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage Deductible reimbursement program Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality renovation projects nationwide If you have a passion for hospitality construction and enjoy managing complex renovation projects from start to finish, we encourage you to apply.
