Patient Coordinator | Outpatient | Full-time | 21200 State Highway 46 W, Spring Branch, TX 78070 At Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company , we believe exceptional patient care begins with an exceptional patient experience. As a Patient Coordinator , you'll be the welcoming face of our outpatient orthopedic clinic, helping patients navigate every step of their rehabilitation journey while ensuring the clinic operates efficiently each day. Our Spring Branch clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, manual therapy, aquatic therapy, dry needling, balance treatment, spinal decompression, and other specialty services. As an essential member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with clinicians and administrative staff to create a positive, organized, and patient-centered experience from the moment each patient walks through our doors. This position also requires flexibility to provide occasional coverage at our Schertz location as needed. Your Role Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients with professionalism and outstanding customer service. Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily clinic schedule. Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed. Coordinate physician referrals and manage incoming documentation. Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to support exceptional patient care. Assist with front office operations and maintain a welcoming, organized clinic environment. Travel to our Schertz clinic periodically to assist with front office coverage as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous medical office experience with insurance verification and physician referrals preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and standard office software. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to the Schertz clinic for coverage when needed. Benefits Why Join Us?
