401 (k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision Paid time off Quarterly bonus program Team member benefits/discounts Hospitality Manager Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in a hospitality management role with a focus on front-of-house operations Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Required state alcohol-server certification and Manager ServSafe Certification Exceptional leadership skills and a history of team management Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of POS systems, inventory processes, and basic financial principles Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Hospitality Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Direct all aspects of guest service, overseeing servers, food service, greeters, and additional FOH staff Supervise, train, and support FOH staff, delivering guidance and feedback to ensure service excellence Oversee bar operations, manage inventory, handle staff scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction Monitor guest feedback, proactively addressing concerns, and driving satisfaction improvements Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate seamless guest experiences across the venue Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually elevate guest service standards If you are passionate about hospitality and looking to leverage your leadership skills in an exciting entertainment setting, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!
