Patient Coordinator -
Full Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00
PM Position:
Full-Time Patient Coordinator We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in providing excellent patient care while keeping the daily schedule running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling Schedule and confirm patient appointments Obtain and enter accurate patient demographics and insurance information Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Review orders and ensure necessary information is received prior to appointments Communicate with physician offices regarding orders and patient information Collect patient payments when applicable Maintain an organized schedule and help fill open appointment slots Assist with general front desk and administrative duties Provide excellent customer service to patients, physician offices, and team members Qualifications Previous medical office or patient scheduling experience preferred Insurance verification experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable and able to work the full Monday-Friday schedule Willingness to learn and cross-train in different areas of the office We are looking for someone who is a team player, dependable, positive, and willing to learn . Experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
