Job Overview
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage the interventional clinic service lines within the hospital-run clinic. Responsible for the oversight and management of improving cost efficiencies of the clinic, including but not limited to CCM, RPM, and patient outreach. Responsible for all actions/responsibilities as described in Rural Medical Partners (RMP)-controlled documentation for this position. Contribute to and support the RMP's quality initiatives by planning, communicating, and encouraging team and individual contributions toward the RMP's quality improvement efforts Possess the ability and skills to manage multiple clinic sites or outreach sites. Assist with managing the financial responsibilities of the clinic. Manage daily staffing operation of the clinic to optimize productivity. Responsible for the oversight of the employees within the clinic to build a cohesive team. Provide overall direction and guidance to clinical and administrative team of staff, supervisors and/or managers related to the RMP operations. Communicate organizational objectives and vision to the team, while being the liason between RMP and the Hospital. Leadership responsibilities will be to manage performance by providing coaching, feedback, training and development opportunities to your team. Responsible for the enhancement of patient satisfaction results within the clinic. Ensure the coordination of provider schedules and the scheduling of patients and implement changes as warranted. Report progress, operational issues, organizational opportunities and threats to the CEO on a monthly basis or as needed. Maintain knowledge of and comply with established policies and procedures, including government, insurance, and third-party payer regulations. Maintain any required memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to the industry. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years management experience in healthcare, preferably an RN, RT. Knowledgeable with EHR systems
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Preferred minimum of 2 years' college credits or Associated Degree in a related field required Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Medical Practice Executive Certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Experience preferred in Manager or Director roles Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws impacting the Healthcare environment Knowledgeable with budgeting processes Knowledgeable in various clinical operations to include Cardiology, IR, Interventional Pain and Peripheral Arterial Interventions Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Good customer service orientation Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible Must have excellent professional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and engage all levels of management/leadership Strong business acumen and organizational agility; critical thinker and results oriented Join us as we strive to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences through innovative practice management! All roles are paid positions dedicated to supporting our team's success at every level of operation. Pay depends on licensing and experience. This is a part-time position with no current benefits. However, as work continues to grow and the position becomes a full-time position, benefits will be discussed at that time.
Pay:
$28.00 - $55.00 per hour
